Get...MIles...NOW

You have to be a good recruiter to get a top 10 class at every program besides Alabama and Ohio State. You really don't think Ferentz is a better coach than Miles do you?

Coach? Absolutely. Recruiter? Absolutely not.

KF would be able to recruit well enough at LSU though (top 15 classes year in and year out) and would do very well there.

ISU hired a new HC one season too soon.

Miles in Iowa City would be an upgrade of our current situation and I like Ferentz.
I'm guessing a majority of LSU fans would gladly trade Miles for KF.

As far as recruiting goes, if KF were at LSU, he would have the benefit that SEC schools get when the NCAA looks the other way when kids get money under the table from boosters and sports cars given by dealers for "test drives".

I guarantee you no LSU fan would want Ferentz. They're crazy for firing Miles

So much stupid in this thread. You are as good as your record says you are. Going .500 in the weakest side of the BIG is not the same as winning 70% of your games in the best division of college football. KF can't hold Les Miles jock and to say so is hilarious. How many outright conference championships and national title appearances do we have again? That's what I thought. Oh...and I don't think he has lost to NDSU either.

Nick Saban won 58% of his games at MSU. Nick Saban won 75% of his games at LSU. Nick Saban is winning 85% of his games at Bama.

The only stupid in this thread is people who pretend that coaching at Iowa is the exact same thing as coaching at LSU.

Yeah, there was never a chance he was gonna let that go. He's a badass on the internet. Kinda a paper tiger. Very much like a coach he favors.

Really? Dumbest idea I've heard yet geez. You think KF is bad at clock management? Look at how Miles handles it. The only reason Les Miles was any good was because of where he coached. A monkey could recruit a top 10 class there yr in and yr out. He himself is why they couldn't have any sustained success. You give Miles lessor talent and expect him to coach them up? Please..... Just get out of here with that garbage

Nick Saban struggled to win at MSU. There are no guarantees of success for any coach, anywhere. (except Urban Meyer)

This is just stupid

So you'd rather have Ferentz at Iowa instead of Miles if you had the choice?
