Dude, Spiderman can in all intents and purposes fly. How is Captain America going to deal with that? Also, Spiderman can just rip away CA's power shield with his webbing.I'm not saying Peter Parker is more of a bada$$ than Steve Rogers...he clearly isn't. But if they're going toe to toe...my money's on Spiderman.

Spiderman has super strength too. When it comes down to it, all Captain America is, is really just a guy on steroids with one cool gadget.
