Any race is allowed to take any shot that they want at white people. We are expected to just deal with it because some white people's ancestors were bad. Of course my family of Swedish immigrants came to America in 1922. I suppose it isn't racist or biased to also lump all white people together and call us the devil.

I think the minority just has really loud voices. As in the case of Dolph's situation, only one email maybe two at the most even came through? And if it was only an email, and they didn't even speak with the person, then we are allowing anyone out there we haven't even met to dictate our decisions behind a keyboard. It seems the vast majority of folks, white and black, didn't have much issue with Dolph's words (just that he may need told to not use this analogy again) just like I didn't have issue with what John Legend said. Common sense prevails in most, but the small minority that is over the top dictated Dolph's 22 year career.
