Garmon's highlights remind me of Sedrick Shaw.

I'm sure many on here saw Garmon's highlight videos long ago; I just watched one for the first time today after seeing him on a top 100 prospects list.

His runs in the video below really remind me of Sed Shaw's running style. Fast and reasonably big, and a 'slasher' more than a 'juker'. Also, Garmon seems to like to employ a little high-step to evade diving defenders, a Shaw signature move from what I remember.

Here's to hoping that, like Sedrick, Greg graduates from the U of I.

I remember back in the day when Iowa backs redshirted and waited to play untill their Jr years. Yes,Garmon looks like Shaw.

That is a very good comparison. Shaw had a great career for Iowa. Fans just have to hope that Garmon has some respect for things like the student code of conduct.
