From what I've seen and where he was ranked early on I'd guess his explosiveness is pretty diminished too. Everyone doesn't get back to where they once were and I guess that's the case with Peter. There are things he does well and areas that he can help us, but he's got a ways to go to be a top ranked recruit in my view.
