Can’t argue with anything you said here.

Maybe Nunge bulked up too much and isn’t carrying the weight well. Sometimes that happens. Maybe it was just a bad day for him. As others mentioned it did appear that he might behind Pemsl / Kriener in the rotation.

That will be something else to monitor tonight. I still feels he brings more to the table than those guys but if he is playing poorly than maybe he’s been passed.

Watch Nunge early in the year. That will tell us what we need to know.

Right now there are five players (Cook, Garza, Nunge, Kreiner, Pemsl) fighting for four spots (Starting four, starting five, and the backups). Someone is going to be the odd man out. Baer can also play some four in a pinch.

Posters aren't the only ones who have noticed Nunge struggling a bit. Dolph and Hansen mentioned it in the Sunday broadcast.
