Year 4 marble did just fine running point. White was outstanding on defense on the press, so I think they'd come up with enough turnovers and scoring to over come deficiencies on defense

It’s an exercise in economics/value. A White is the best all around player FMac has had and the other PF options have glaring weaknesses so he’s worth $5. Gatens with his D, size and elite shooting is a steal at $3. BC led the B1G is assist his Jr year and is one of the better defenders at the 1 FMac has had. JW is why IA went from 4-14 to a bubble team. He’s an elite shooter, rebounds and has length. There’s $1 left for Cole.

Aaron White is not the best all around player Fran has had, that would go to Jarrod Uthoff who recieved some All American honors his senior year.
