what grade would you give the hawks on there recruiting class.......

They got most all of their top guys at the positions they needed.

I would say B to B+. I think we got quality guys, some top targets and filled our needs nicely. To me an A or A+ is getting most all of our top targets which is very hard to achieve for most programs.

I would have to say a B+

I'd go with a B+ as well. We really landed some nice prospects. So far we've got the best player in both Iowa and Wisconsin and one of the top players in Maryland, Ohio, and Illinois. Among those we've got arguably the best TE in the country as well as the highest rated RB we've had in several classes. Both of whom came to Iowa because of our offense style, believe it or not.

I'll give this class (or any other class) a grade five years from now after we know who lived up to their expectations and who flunked/transferred out.

Well I haven't looked at their recruiting classes but i would assume they are tow of the very short list earning A and A+ scores. I didn't give this Iowa class an A.
