With 4star D.Hill coming in next year is there enough playing time to keep everyone happy?

In 3 years when Iowa is having another "down" year atleast we could say it was because attrition rate from 2012/2013 classes... Am I right am I right? Will be good excuse in years to come... we could be better but all those transfers, hey thats football.
