I just want to add that there is no quarterback controversy in Iowa City this week. There is a three decade old NFL adage that you can't lose your starting job because of an injury. This was repeated in NFL pregame shows back in the eighties, so it must be true. More importantly, its adages like this one that guide the Ferentz ship as is navigates the troubled waters we know as "Purdue Week".
