Does Nebraska take a look at Woods?

No NE will be making a bigger splash then that. Woods would be a solid hire if not a great one if they would but they won't. They'll be shooting for Meyer, Campbell, Stoops amongst other established HCs/former ones in Meyers case. I doubt Campbell takes it if offered though. I mean he's turned down other better offers then that. Why would he have been holding out to try and rebuild that dumpster fire?

They'll throw out every name in D1 just about for it within reason. But Alberts is a bit of a wildcard. Hard telling what he'll do.

The only reason Campbell would be interested is if he sees it as a decent opportunity to coach in the BIG 10. But, I think he'd be more interested in coaching closer to his roots area.

Yeah OSU or ND felt like his goals but both of those have young guys that are recent hires. I don't see either making a change anytime soon. Why would Day leave? And only way ND comes off their new hire is if he ends up being as bad as Frost was. They wouldn't give him nearly as much time but still he won't be a 1 and done he'll get 3 yrs at the least I bet. Is Campbell sticking at ISU that much longer? He's already surprised me sticking as long as he has so heck if I know. But him taking the Nebraska job would surprise me
