Does eno sign with iowa

IMO a 17 year old got himself tangled up in something he didn't totally understand and did not realize the ramifications of what he was about to do. Most HS superstars are coddled to know end and don't really grasp the seriousness that some people take this commitment stuff. Instead of talking to the young man and turning this into a life lesson. Ferentz went judge, jury and executioner on him. I really don't care how he went about taking those visits. He could have worn a disguise for all I care. Ferentz should have gone mentor on him instead. I have the feeling it's not to late.

It sure as hell shouldn't be too late, and I would welcome back Eno in a second. But Ferentz's ego and stubbornness will never allow it to happen. Making a stupid statement is more important than improving the team.

Sadly, I'm thinking you are probably right on the mark. Humble pie will never be on Ferentz's menu. It would look way to much like eating crow to people that you described.

Yeah, I wish I thought Eno and staff would consider putting the relationship back together. Unfortunately, I just don't see that happening. We are going to miss out on a Top 10 RB in the country. And talent is exactly what we need regardless of position.

At his point it doesn't even matter how much the staff screwed up in recruiting Eno or Calloway. They would both be gone on their own accord after this train wreck season.
