Delano Hill flips commitment to Michigan

Let me welcome myself back from a 60 day ban with saying "Great job Kirk, your pay grade doesn't ask you to ever over achieve whether it be in recruiting or on gameday." "You are a terrific salesman of the program and your ability to attract and retain talent is above reproach." Looking forward to his replacement from Mt. Pleasant. God Kirk is a ******.

Didn't need him. Doyle will find some kid out of Eagle Grove and make him better. His loss. Have fun in Jacksonville when we are in Pasadena, doosh.

Dang it, beat me by a few seconds. Eagle Grove is better than Mount Pleasant.

Geez, how could the guy possibly turn down a chance to come here and catch 25 balls for 112 yards and 2 TD's? Our coaching staff and offensive philosophy is a huge deterrent to any good skill players coming here. Other than tight ends, we are incapable of identifying good pass catchers and route runners. McNutt was an accident and we wasted him on the bench for 2 years. Amazing when we had a mobile QB (Banks) and legit WR's (Jones and Brown) we were better. Those who are holding their breath for a miracle KF recover next season are delusional. Put Calvin Johnson, Adrian Peterson and Peyton Manning on this team and we would still run the same crap on offense.

"We just need to work harder! I tend to stick with what's proven to win!" -KF

Good luck with more 4-8 seasons in a mediocre conference. The more I think about the games we lost to poor teams that are allll going bowling p isses me off even more.

Pretty funny occurence over on Fat Tom's site! The threads about Hill and Rucker have both been removed from the free board. It's almost like if you can't see any evil, there is no evil! lol

Kakert has to be one of the biggest suckups to a coaching staff that moderate any board. Noone dares say anything controversial on his board less you be banned,.

I'm struggling here. Can anyone name a guy who decommitted or transferred out who we really needed or wanted?

I saw the article where Hill said he was comfortable at Iowa, but then the guy that recruited him (Soup) is now gone...so why not go to a team that is going to win an NC in his career?

I thought he was going to Michigan, no? Did he change his mind and commit to Bama or OSU?

That's a great question.

D. Douglass seemed like a big loss on the field.

M. Coker also seemed like a big loss on the field.

A. Robinson seemed like a modest loss on the field

Weigher seemed like a more than modest loss on the field.

Each of those guys had issues and so because of the "issues" fans decided "awe we don't want guys like that".

As frustrated as I was over this past season I can only hope we are better next season. Still scratching my head over not getting some of the backup QB's some reps where we knew the game was already decided. As I also posted on another thread the punting the ball on an opponents own thirty yard line has me scratching my head. The only time I can think of that possibly being done would be when there is under a minute to go and the team punting has a small lead and wants to try to pin an opponent down inside the ten yard line.
