So his first action as a Hawkeye was against Miami and now his first action (presumably, a lot can change in a year) as a Redhawk will be against Iowa. Wonder how often that has happened before.

So will Rugamba redshirt for Miami in 2018? Do FBS rules still require an undergrad to sit out a year if you transfer to another FBS school? With the new redshirt rules, could Rugamba play 4 games this year? I am guessing not.
