I think we are all beating around the bush here... He is soft. He is immensely talented and may one day be a good NFL tight end but he is soft.

I haven't seen much talk about CJ so far this year so I thought I would ask.

Why don't we use him more? I don't get why someone with his height doesn't get some jump balls thrown at him once and a while.

So far he has 5 catches for 46 yards making an average of 9.2 yards per catch. You would think that he would be targeted more.

Your exactly right we need to find a way to feed him the ball alot more than we have been. Most of the time he is a walking mismatch on the field. Could possibly be in the top 3 first tight ends taken in the draft. GO HAWKS

CJ is the most overhyped Hawkeye of my lifetime.

Is the overhype due to under use is the question. I agree with ya. But I think if they would actually feature him and prioritize him getting the ball he'd be as good a TE in college football now
