Didn't it use to cost $5/month no matter what? I'm pretty sure this is new, at least providers are making it seem that way with their news releases.

Update: It may only be news to mediacom customers, which is a good portion of the Iowa fan base.

Nope, BTNto go was always free with TV sub depending on the carrier i believe. The Digitat network costs money though.
