This is a great addition for Brands and Co. will add much needed talent at the upper weights and we steal one from JRob's home state.

Little background on Broc heading into his senior season he has 2 State Championships and finished 2nd to Sam Brooks in Junior Freestyle at Fargo last year. 88-1 last 2 seasons and the #25 ranked recruit in the nation for the class if 2013.

It helps that Jamie Heidt is in his ear (literally) every day during practice.

Broc's brother in 8th grade (Brady, I believe) is going to be better than him... has a chance to be MN's first 6 time state champ.

I'd expect him to come to Iowa too.

Nice addition to the Hawks! I agree that Brady will be a Hawkeye as well, Brady only lost 1 match last year to Spirit Lakes Minor at the Christmas Tournament...I believe it was 0-0 after the first period and I think Minor pinned Brady in the second or 3rd...thats a tough jr. high kid if you ask me. I dont think he gets pinned if they wrestle again.
