What would be the upside for BB to stay at Wisconsin?
Three straight Rose Bowls.....multiple 11 win seasons......there isn't much to improve on now is there. In terms of options he might possibly keep things where they are, or head down-hill....not really much upside.
Not really surprised to see him move on. Leave on a high-note.

With all that, he still was never appreciated in Madison. I hope Wisconsin finds out the hard way. Theyre one ****** hire from being back in the decade of the 80s of Wisconsin football.

Wisconsin does have a spoiled fan base. Most people here in Madison are thrilled to see him go (at least the ones that I talked with). Three Rose Bowls in a row isn't enough for them. They should be careful what they wish for.

The Wisky fan I know was thrilled to see him go. I told him as an Iowa fan I would be happy to have him and I think in the current state of both our programs that Biels is a better coach. He thought I was crazy for that as he though KF was a way better coach. So I asked him why he was glad to see Biels go and he replied with because he cost us two games this year.

I am close to the program. BB has burned a lot of bridges and ****** off many of the big time program supporters. They have enjoyed the 3 straight Rose Bowls but have completely soured on BB as an individual. That said, BB sees this as a good time to get out and the frisky badger faithful are happy to see the door hit him on his large backside.
We will see what happens but it is not at all a shock to me to see this take place...
