Urban is a hail mary and probably their only hope to ever get back to the way they were in the 90s. I don't see Matt Campbell coming in and getting them there, I think a guy like Campbell would be solid and he can get them back to possibly the Bo Pelini years. It takes a guy with national recognition that can get players in from all over the country that want to play for him, and that's a guy like Urban. I'm not sure how much the Jacksonville situation hurts him, perhaps more than I'm thinking (I hope).

Yep. Coaching is a drug to Urban, he needs his fix. He could get them to the 8,9,10 win mark pretty quickly, but he will be gone in 5 years and you are back where you started. The smart move by Alberts would be to pursue Campbell, Leonhard or Chadwell and think long term.
