Both nice. I think Bernstine's had a little more air under him and did take out two guys. Yanda's had more of a "you just got knocked the #$%^ out" to it.
Beer or whiskey, why cant we have both? Don't make me choose.

Yanda's block fo sho. The ULM guy got up pretty quick for how hard he got hit. That ISU DE was down for a long time...

Yandas is the most brutal but, you know what may be better than all of them, Jewel Hampton decleating a blitzing Linebacker at AZ.

There was no element of surprise like there is with the other three, just a head on collision where the Lb got destroyed.

Anyone have video of that one?

Bernstines appears to be against either a JR or a Sr (3 or 9 I can't tell 100%). Guy #2 I can't get any good read on the number. 37 maybe 87, it looks like *7. Either way, he took out an upperclassman rather then a Freshman or taking out a guy with a Halo rule (crappy rule).

Yanda, for sure. He erased Parker on that play.

Bernstine's was a good solid lick, but not one I'm going to remember 5 years from now (I can still remember the Yanda block vividly!)

It's not Tim's either. I am one of the biggest Tim Dwight fans on the planet, but I'm sorry - that was a dirty hit. Ended up being a 15 yd PF halo infraction, if memory serves.

I went with Bernstine. Not often you get a two-fer like that. That's football's equivalent of bowling's 6-7 pickup.

I went with Yanda because it was Iowa State. I also think there should be some consideration for Bob Sander's hit on kick coverage his freshman year.

Doesn't anyone remember the hit by Ballard against PSU in '09? On an Iowa INT he levels a PSU player. At about 4:26
