If Iowa finishes strong on the recruiting trail this spring this is a starting 5 I could get excited about:
G- Gesell- He needs to shoot the ball better, but he's still a solid B1G point guard who will keep getting better.
G- Dickerson- I know that he's also a point guard, but he seems to have the quickness and athleticism our team lacked this year. I'm intrigued by a Gesell/Dickerson backcourt.
F- Atwood- The Iowa basketball program desperately needs athletic scorers, and Atwood seems to be both. Priority #1 this spring needs to be his recruitment.
F- White- If our coaching staff plays him as a true 4 next year he could have a monster senior season. If not his career will be remembered as what could've been. He absolutely has to learn how to be effective in a half court offense!
C- Woodbury- He answered a lot of critics this year, and if he keeps improving he'll be All-B1G.
*An Anthony Lee transfer would be nice too*
