Yes. Excitement, passion, and emotion have no place in the game of football, especially not in a bowl game, and especially not when you cut the lead to two point with less than 90 seconds to play.

That's correct, it has no place for pisspounding your chest or saluting a crowd to say "look at me I scored the touchdown all by myself, I'm the best and greatest ever". As the previous posters said, go back to the huddle and celebrate with your teammates the ones who provided you the opportunity to score. I have no problem if the guy wants to salute the QB or his linemen.

My question to you is how many times have you seen a Hawkeye do that crap after they scored a touchdown? The answer is never. And it's one of the things that makes me proud to be a Hawkeye.

You're probably the guy who did a flip in the end zone when he scored a touchdown playing flag football. Give me a break!!!
