When I first heard something about Atwood, I thought I saw some website say he was 6-8 240 and PF. I must have read it wrong. But I immediately got excited and thought he would be a tough inside guy, cyrus tate maybe.
But his limited highlights show that he's a small forward. I hope he could be a Cleanthony Early type player. I'm sure he's good, but his highlights don't inspire me too much. They pretty much show him hitting unguarded mid range shots.
But from what everyone says, I believe he's actually a really good player. Bottom line: Iowa needs more guys that are tough, athletic, versatile, and aggressive, as opposed to limited ability role-players. IMO, JUCO is a great place to find those guys (like Deandre Kane, Cleanthony Early etc.)
