Atwood to Iowa? For Real?

I did check a Junior college recruiting site which had Atwood "warm" on Arkansas a couple of days ago with Iowa in the "cool" area. Now they have us "warmer" and are predicting 50-50 Iowa and Arkansas for what its worth

Agree, we need to keep getting better and better players.

Mr. Davis had the freshman of the year in 89 with ray thompson who if he could have remained eligible under Iowa's higher academic standards would have played along side of Chris Street.

Just those two players, Street and Thompson, along with everything else Mr. Davis was doing could have led to some even better teams and deeper Ncaa runs.

If you want to stay excited with Iowa basketball then you know we just need to keep getting better players, not knocking the current players.

But when Sam Williams is our last POY 46 years ago and we probably dont get many Freshman of the Year and all big tenners then I hope Fran can keep getting better players.

No, I wasn't correct. I was projecting because I was mad at the game. Jabari Parker is the number 1 player on Duke. Jok is better than Parker and was higher ranked. Therefore, Jok is way better than Duke's 9th guy.
