NO difference. DJK is 23 years old. He can live where he wants. The roommate HAD served his time/fine/community service, correct? I.e., he was NOT currently under any indictment.

It is NOT the job of staff or players to babysit a 23-year old, fifth-year senior on a day-to-day basis. Nor is it right to tell adults who they can choose as a roommate.

DJK and ARob both screwed up. End of story.
