Are we the third best team in Iowa?

Not when you are a poor defender and shoot 32% from the floor. The worst part is I know you know advanced statistics paint a better picture than PPG and APG but you're just trying to argue with me

Don't confuse my trolling on Cyclonefanatic with "what I believe". I used to troll the hell out of Cyclonefanatic with advanced metrics. This is how I know this is your troll, you are just copying me. Heck I was saying Gesell >>> Monte and Clemmons >> Thomas, it would drive Clown fans nuts. I'd use the PER and advance metrics to make my case.

It is basically everything you are doing. I have run this very troll years ago. I just did it as a Hawk fan on a Clown sit, I didn't hide who/what I was. You are doing it pretending to be a Hawk fan on a Hawk site.

You said Gesell was better than Monte? There isn't an advanced statistic in the world that could back that up haha

Cook has only played in 6 games so I honestly wouldn't include him in the list right now. He will be our second best player when he returns.

1. Jok
2. Baer
3. Pemsl
4. Moss
5. Wagner
6. Bohannon
7. Ellingson
8. Uhl
9. Williams

My judgements are a little less on stats and more about what have you done for me in the big games/ big wins. That's why I have Baer in front of Pemsl. Ellingson has played well but his role is limited.

Why does it matter where Bohannon ranks though? Similar to what PC said I wish Bohannon was our worst scholarship player because that would mean we had plenty of guys better than him.

According to 56 our best offensive player is Ellingson. He has an offensive rating of 149, Jok is way behind him at 123. It isn't even close, Ellingson is our best offensive weapon hands down.

You can't call Jones a hit or miss. The discussion is about whether or not Fran made a mistake recruiting him. A hindsight injury doesn't answer that question.

When you recruit 5 people in the same class, at least one or two will leave almost every time unless you have the fab 5. So the fact that 2 left is neither good or bad. It's standard.

What we ended up with is one player that looks like he will be a good starter, one that looks like he will be a good 6th man, and one player who might very well get recruited over. I think the class was right in between good and bad. But they are less than 2 years in so it could go further either way.

You think Bohannon was played better than Ellingson this year? Haha

Isn't Ellingson the kid you said was a total miss, and sucked balls? You viewed Moss as garage and a total miss because he couldn't beat out Ellingson.

Now you are gonna sing Ellingsons praises? LOL man, TROLOLOLOLOL away.....

That's weird. I'd love to see you rank our players 1-10

Why are running my troll on HN, get some new material. You are saying Mike >>>> than player X 10 games into their career.

You also think I like advanced stats because I ran a troll with them back in the day??? LOL, and Ellingson is now good??? You ran smack on how bad he was last year and beginning of this year. HAHAHAHA

I've never thought Ellingson was good because he hasn't been but he's playing really well this year.

I would rank Bohannon, Wagner, and Ellington as a tie. Ellingson has been too efficient to be behindone them but plays too small of a roll to be ahead of them.

Hold on, you are going to parse this and say he isn't good, but he is player really well this year?

HAHAHA, your troll has failed a long time ago. We just like mocking you really, please, please keep showing us how stupid Clown fans are.

Remember how big of per minute stats you were when referencing Williams. Can you believe Ellingson is averaging 15.4 ppg per 40 minutes while shooting 59% from 3

I didn't think Ellingson was good going into this season but you can't deny the production he is putting up right now. He's been really solid this year. I do think he'll regress some. He's not going to shoot over 50% from 3 this season
