Not at all. I'm on record in this very thread, not blaming Barta for this. If you actually read the posts in the thread, you'd know that. You'd rather let your expectations of what my opinion will be, dictate your responses.

Barta also is responsible for hiring Lickiter, who Iowa had to buy out for $2.4M after three miserable seasons. Iowa paid him $3.6M for those three miserable seasons. $6M for the Lickliter gaffe.

Maybe Lickliter should have sued the university based on discrimination of some kind. Is there a statute of limitations on this kind of stuff?

Sounds like a mini version of the scam Jen Whitmore ran at the UIHC for several years around 2010 . I read the state auditor's report on that incident:
