There is no review once the refs declare the game over. I dont know if official scorers have to sign the books anymore like they used to.

1) He didn’t.
2) Wouldn’t have mattered. In many games you see players step onto the floor before fully releasing the ball on the in-bounds pass. Never called.

The only other player I've ever seen hit that shot in game conditions is Larry Bird.
