Agree big10fan. There are around 20 or so Clone fans consistently trolling on here. It's not CY-HawkNation.com it's Hawkeyenation.com. You have your own board. There are only a handful of Hawkeye fans over there and they are at least reasonable. There's more Cyclone fans on here than there are at CF.com.

i've honestly never gone to an ISU site, so i can't speak for how it goes over there, but i've heard that they don't tolerate this kind of crap going on for long.

maybe it's because i don't have that much free time, but i can't imagine wasting my time spending soooo much time on another team's site. weird. why don't they just go talk with their fellow ISU fans?

Please,spank, get harsh with the clone fans and ban them. It is getting so that we cannot have a civil discussion among Hawk fans without some clone fans side-tracking the thread. Why do we need them on here? If I were to go and trash ISU on a clone board,I would expect harsh,quick banning....please do it.

why do so many ISU fans come on here? i honestly don't get it. i understand that there are some (Bryce comes to mind) that like and follow iowa also, but those that hate iowa but constantly troll on here...i don't get it. find something else to do please.

spank, don't be afraid to do some pruning. its obvious who the chronic offenders are.

They have a latent need to feel loved and accepted. They know their own board(s) languish in a lack of importance so they must come here to feel good about themselves and useful.

i also appreciate the honest feedback and balance that other fans or casual fans bring to the board. the fringes seem to ruin it for everyone. that's pretty much true for all of society though.

maybe it's just because this is a quite time, but the trash seems quite a bit more deep lately.

Really, any topic that lasts more than one page on this site tends to turn into a p****** match between people and veers off into topics that aren't even related to the original topic. Why not shut those down as well, not just the Iowa-ISU ones?

And, btw, I don't mind ISU posters. Makes things more interesting imo.
