That's on Phil, sorry to say. Shoulda took a time out b4 the TD pass to him!! We were in a 4-3; shoulda had 5 DB's back there.

That is wrong on so many levels.

If you watch that play it's blindingly obvious what happened there. Wade blew the coverage. There were two TEs, both of them were doubled and covered well...

Wade for some reason (either didn't have the play memorized or missed the call) bumped Bell outside and immediately dropped into zone. The problem was the play call wasn't zone. Wade thought he had help over the top but he didn't (because he didn't know what he was doing) and he just stood there and watched the world go by him.

Plain and simple, one guy effed it up. You can see the DB react to the play because he knew Bell was Wade's man and they were supposed to be in man coverage.

The defense lost the game in the last quarter. We couldn't stop the run or the pass. Truth.

Defense definitely didn't do us any favors, but hard to pound the rock and depend on the ground game to keep their offense off the clock when your RB's can't hold on to the ball. I think there's plenty of blame to be spread around rather than focusing on one unit.
