The way our economy has been the past several years I'm sure many Iowans have moved to Nebraska in order to accept a job. I graduated in 2007 and moved to Omaha for my first job. Thankfully, I've since accepted a full time job and moved back to Des Moines. Husker fans were everywhere, I'd get crap for walking into a bar with Hawk gear on... which is fine because that's pretty normal but after several drinks it was a little more difficult to ignore their obnoxiousness. Glad to be back in Iowa, but my point is a lot of Iowans are in Nebraska if they went there for employment reasons.
