COOL! Frontal of Stanley looks very space-age, right down to the storm-trooper looking cleats. The robotic look will compliment the offense quite well. (Hopeful it's more Terminator, less C3PO.)

Agree about the gray - could have retained coolness with Gold but, overall, I like.

Looking good makes you feel good. They will swarm into Kinnick with confidence that should last through the opening kick.

I don't like the numbers on the helmets. Tigerhawk needs to stay. If you want to tweek it, make it bigger, huge.

I like the small amount of gray myself. Total gray uni's I don't like but gray seems to be the new thing.

These uni's just scream "tough". The "I's" in the helmet is just freaking cool. Anybody know who is responsible for designing the alts?

I wouldn't mind if they wore them a couple times a year. I was never a fan of alt uni's in the past, especially for a school like Iowa with a marketing avenue (traditional look and Tigerhawk), but these are pretty kick azz.

Nike in particular seems to have a fetish for gray this season. Us, OSU, Houston, those monstrosities Florida wore, were all gray-themed.
