Akeel Lynch in Iowa City?

Re: Lynch

So how long before someone leaks the new Akeel Lynch update from the HR lounge?

I am not dumb enough to pay for that access, but Harty's Twitter says the latest is Lynch might switch to Iowa.....or he might not.

Nobody knows, but Akeel. If I were a betting man, he will be in IC by Friday practice. These underclassmen that are maintaining their commitments are crazy in my opinion. Going down with the ship. It might feel good right now to be defiant, but in the end, it will likely be a regretable decision.

Absolutely how I view it also. Unless they are die-hard PSU fans or parents are alums, then I don't get it. He will be giving up bowls, conference titles, and the team's general competitiveness will be much lower by the time he is a junior. Losing sucks, and the leaders of this "let's stick together" campaign (Mauti, et al) will be long gone.

Re: Lynch

Let's just call them all tailbacks (TB). Of course, before too long, the acronym just gets changed to AITBHG.

In the immortal words of Adrian Balboa...."You can't win!!"

Great quote. I prefer Adrian (Rocky III)....."we got everything but the truth...what's the truth dammit?"

Re: Lynch

I prefer Rocky IV

For the "Hearts on Fire" Montage..

I totally agree.
Your entire career not being able to have a chance to win any championship or go to any bowl? That would majorly suck.
