why because i was called a liar and accused of making up stats, i don't think so,
also who was the last hawk to get 3 BT freshmen of the week award, and to get 19 pts and 10 rbd in 18 minutes is pretty good no matter who the competition, and i can do without a FH response from either ghost or ts

herby actually john licklighter is better player than aaron white. everyone loves his hotdog behind the back shooting. nba is looking for player like him.
tell that to Lin, went to Harvard and has no business being in the NBA, i believe there was a player that was overlooked, that ended up at BYU and shocked a lot of people. Fran tried to get him to go to Seinna, nobody thought he could even play coming out of HS, but you go ahead and keep ripping on the kid that he is to slow and unathletic to even be in the BT

Jeezus Christ, no one is "constamtlt tear a kid down" Herb. Are you really that dense that you can't decipher what they're saying? Aaron White is NOT a top 15 freshman in the country. He's not. No matter what drivel you spill......he's not. AW is a good basketball player and I'm very, very glad that Fran got him, but for God's sake he's NOT a top 15 freshman. I can't believe how you can't grasp that there are many players better than AW that aren't seeing playing time b/c of the team they chose. For awhile there your posts were entertaining and comical. Now they're just sad.

Just give it up. Nobody on here hates White. They are just saying his ranking in the ESPN Top Freshman rankings are skewed because some of the higher rated freshman have not gotten playing time because they are on much better teams than Iowa.
Pretty sure all Iowa fans know White is good and are looking forward to the next 3 years with him here.

i am not the one stammering on here and getting upset by what i said about the kid.
lets face facts ESPN said some really nice things about White and the response was he is NOT as goood as they say because of this excuse or that excuse, they can't stand it that i called them on it. I am very comfortable with my view and others that are in better position to compliment the kid, to those that say he is to slow or unathletic to play a position, wait and see he has his so, jr and sr year to go, and then determine if he can or cannot play a position or the game in the BT.
my feeling are mellow and content, it is the others that need to relax not me.

I'm glad to hear that ESPN is always right on their individual current college player rankings but not on their current individual high school recruits.
ESPN hates people who will go to Iowa but they like people who currently go to Iowa.
you fail to realize that ESPN has several departments and have literally 100's of employees that have different job descriptions, they do have a part that evaluates just High School kids, and a whole nother group of people that evaluate College kids, it is as i said anything to discredit a players ability, that people will say anything or put anything another person or organization, as to my comment about talking heads that seem to make someone laugh, i meant people like Vitale, that actually cover college BB, but calling them talking Media head was to complex for their level of comprehension;
