A Complete Embarrassment

They're poorly coached and lack skills. Not sure what is shocking about this team other than in recent history they had a big 10 west title. My god I'm afraid of what wisconsin and Michigan are going to do to us this year
 
I'm not after what happened last week.. Typical Ferentz football, he has one really good year and then Iowa has very high pre-season expectations the following year only to underperform.

One good season then followed by 3-4 mediocre/below average seasons, but Kirk always gets a raise and contract extension every time. It's so frustrating, and we're going through it again. The way we look right now, we'll be lucky to win 6-7 games.
 
Yeah, that's the only thing I have to say about this game. That was just sad and embarrassing. Ten more years of this, though, so book those bowl packages now! Someone's gotta pay these contracts!
 
After a disappointing loss last week we come back with this dud against Rutgers. This team has no heart.
 
Iowa isn't very good so far. I am very concerned about what a really good team will do to us.

But I'm not embarrassed by a win. Last week I was embarrassed. This week I'm glad we won, and concerned about the future, and still in awe of how bad our playcalling is.
 
I am pumped with this win! 21-7 is a good number for a road Big 10 win. The defense was great in the red zone, they got some huge pass break ups. They forced a huge fumble, pressured the QB many times. Got 4 sacks. They gad a super 2 minute 99 yard drive at the end of the half. This team is regaining it's 2015 form. I look forward to seeing them compete for another championship!

Well CJ is playing poorer also, in that he holds on to the ball to long and takes the sack. I praised him last season for knowing when to throw the ball away instead of taking the sack. I don't know how you would explain why this is happening.

As much as I am totally disgusted with this coaching staff and unhappy with the performance of this team, We have to keep in mind that KF teams have a tendency to play at a higher level against better teams........... Excluding Rose Bowl teams of course. Having said that would I be shocked if we get smoked against the better B1G teams? Nope.

Today's game was $h!t.
