#4 Iowa @ Penn St. Gameday Thread

Agree. I'll take a 1 point win and come home. There's a couple posts here that indicate the writers think tonight should be an easy one. This might be what Indiana was thinking when they played there, too....and we know how that came out. DON'T expect any road game to be easy or an automatic just because we've had wins at some of the tougher places to play. We've got a target on our backs since we're leading the conference this late in the year. We're gonna get everybody's best shot. Plus with regard to tonight, PSU hasn't forgotten how we absolutely waxed 'em a couple weeks back. Extra motivation for them. My advise...if we win by any amount take it and be glad, and then focus on the next one. Nothing's gonna be easy from here on
We could win by 15 and there will still be people who lose their minds because gesell missed some jumpers or woody missed a layup

On Sunday, the odd game time caused it to run over into The Walking Dead timeslot. I was hoping for a blowout against Minny so I could watch TWD without worrying about the last ten minutes of the game. Of course, that did not happen. Similarly, this evening's game at Penn St. will run over into the Survivor premiere, so I fully expect the game to be a nail-biter.

If the bench contribution continues to struggle early tonight and the game remains close, I fully expect Fran to play the starting 5 as much as possible considering we have a week off after tonight. Really hoping to see Uhl play a solid game tonight. Jok and Uthoff will both score 20 plus tonight. Book it!

Hope that's enough...

You still watch Survivor?

Garner...seriously??? I doubt he's ever made four 3's in an entire game before. This is kind of ridiculous.

Dang. What do you have to do to get called for a foul in this game? Are they seriously saying Clemmons wasn't fouled on that drive to the rim? Really??
