I think there may be 14 spots that are still up for grabs between these 19 teams
NC State
Minnesota
Cinncinatti
Oklahoma
California
Colorado
Villanova
St. Marys
Temple
La Salle
San Diego St
Virginia
Boise St
Kentucky
Iowa
Tennessee
Ole Miss
Baylor
Alabama

I hope that's true. Our resume (sans ******* RPI) has got to be better than at least 5 of those teams. I mean, assuming no upsets at all (probably won't happen) and Iowa beats Northwestern (probably will happen)

Did Kentucky punch their ticket today after Florida decided to go scoreless over the last 7 minutes of the game? Baylor knocked off Kansas with a nice swift asskicking...it seems like every team we wanted to root against won...:(

If Iowa doesnt win 2, they need a lot of luck. Not saying its cant happen, but get 2 and i think we are in.

I dont think 17 wins get you in the tournament(Baylor) I think that gets them on the bubble. Lunardi was the only one to have the on the bubble before today. If either of these 2 lose their fist game in the conference tourney they are out IMO. I think Tennessee has a better resume than both Kentucky and Baylor

I think Iowa sneaks in if they kick the **** out of Northwestern and can pimp slap MSU (I believe that's who we're currently matched up against in the B1G Tourney)...

How is Iowa State not on that list? They are by no means above teams like Minnesota or NC State

I think ISU is solid now. I suppose a lot could go wrong, like them losing the first game, then Tennessee, Ole Miss, Iowa all win 2 or 3, but its not likely IMO

Let's just win the whole ****in thing

Tennessee's resume is pretty good. The only team outside of the RPI top 77 that has beaten them is Georgia (twice). It seemed to me that they were outplayed by Missouri today, yet won nonetheless (and somehow went from First Four In to First Four Out?). Good sign for them. I think Iowa looks just as good as Tennessee, and pulling an upset in the second round of BTT should bump us up into the field.

NC State and Virgina will likely face each other in the 2nd round of the ACC. 4 seed vs. 5 seed

Maryland has an outside shot, but they need to beat Virginia tomorrow to be included in this list.

At this point, NC St, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Villanova appear to be safely in. We're also behind Cincy, Temple, La Salle, SDSU, Boise St, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, and Cal.

I used to be of the opinion that we could win one and still have an outside chance. Now I don't even know if two wins is going to get us in.
