Well, I guess it can be bad shooting, but you have to have athletes that persevere though that through desire and effort. Point blank, Iowa does not. Top 10 teams generally do not give up a 20 point swing in 7 minutes and Iowa has done that several times this year.

I would agree. The people in the state are starving for success. The games where these team don't show up, or give up, are like a punch in the gut to all who really care.

Aaron has always been a class act, much like a Matt Gatens. Both had to learn to become assertive leaders. Aaron has now shown me he can play at the next level; I did not see that a couple of months ago. I am glad he came to Iowa and he may be the next Ryan Bowen in the NBA. Best of luck to him.

If you want to talk about player development, how about compare AC Earl, Les Jepsen to Woodbury. Both looked silly as freshman and were NBA draft picks. Woody, little improvement in 3 years.
