    Takeaways: Hawkeyes Top Ohio St.

I know, right? Kind of surprising. Love it. OSU has this giant arena that is kinda meh, talented players that don't really gel... Let's not look at our FB record against them, though!

    FILM ROOM: Cade McNamara

I like the highlights where CM was throwing TDs to All.

    FILM ROOM: Cade McNamara

I've seen him be fine with it, except maybe last year because he knew the line was going to give any QB playing for Iowa approximately 1.3 seconds to get rid of the ball. Otherwise, a sack. Rinse and repeat. Hope this year is different!

    The 2022/2023 Stretch Run Synopsis

I agree. Having said that, I realize they had two road games in a row in fairly quick succession, and they might be a bit tired. That seems to happen to teams this time of year. Hope they can get some zip back this week.

Howe: Who Does the Brian Ferentz "Salary-Reduction" Move Satisfy?

It's just terrible. Your story created a flashback to me scraping an old shed that had been painted approximately 87 times. Just Terrible.

    Who’s Going To Wrigley?

Awesome!!! If you lived through Frank Lauterbur, you can handle anything. I also have fond memories of my dad taking me to the Fieldhouse to watch Lute's teams.

Takeaways: No. 1 Purdue Bests Hawkeyes

I agree. I'm actually amazed that they out-rebound some teams. Not Purdue, but overall, not too bad.

    Nick Jackson

This is an amazing "get". Some feel it is our top transfer addition, in terms of production. The guy was all conference in the ACC. Having said that, our QB acquisition was awesome. Overall, good stuff!!

Takeaways: No. 1 Purdue Bests Hawkeyes

I think this is a good summary. Do you think anyone would notice if Luka Garza sneaked into the game for us?

    Who’s Going To Wrigley?

There is "cheaper" and then there is "enjoyable." I'll give you a pass since you live in the sticks, and don't know how to party in a city.

    Who’s Going To Wrigley?

I love how you think you know everything. Here you go, admin: My dad had season tickets since I was born. He passed away when I was 21. He started taking me to games when I was a tiny kid, as a 5-6 year old. Every home game. Nature and the hawkeyes were my dad's true loves. So, every...

    Who’s Going To Wrigley?

I went to one of those NIU games when I lived in Chicago and got seats right by the field. It was like watching it on a big screen tv sans replays :)

    Who’s Going To Wrigley?

If you can afford it, the experience of staying downtown is vastly superior. When I go on vacation, I want to have a good experience. Totally appreciate that people need to save money.

    Who’s Going To Wrigley?

This is just my opinion, and I'm by no means an expert on dining/bars, but: 1. If you fly into Chicago, it's just super easy to stay downtown in the loop. I would take the L (orange) from Midway or Blue from O'Hare. You can basically just get a hotel in that area. I prefer a new modern one...

    Who’s Going To Wrigley?

Some of the seats are incredibly close to the field in kinnick. It's insanely loud, and it feels like you're in the action. I have watched games in many college venues. It's a good atmosphere and, depending on the seat, also have a great game watching experience. No, you don't get to watch...

    Who’s Going To Wrigley?

I remember our players sliding on frozen turf in the Pinstripe Bowl. It was like cement underneath. Players complained about it. I would imagine Wrigley isn't heated underneath? Or is it?

    Who’s Going To Wrigley?

Have you been to both places? Soldier has seats really close to the field. I don't really care about it that much, but you guys make it sound like that stadium is like putting 5K in the Rose Bowl. It's a small stadium with some of the closest seats to the field in the NFL. I don't love...

    Who’s Going To Wrigley?

Watching games in kinnick: the best, unless you're soft and hate people. Edit: Amended for thinking Fry meant Iowa was going 6-6. I stand corrected.
