Thanks for addressing my question SILV. I probably MIS-titled the Original Post, as I am getting lots of debate on this year in the B1G getting 2 teams into BCS. I meant to ask if the Championship game would have a negative role in the B1G getting 2 BCS Bowls in any given year.

I have often wondered if having a Big Ten Championship Game would hurt the leagues chances of getting two (2) teams into BCS Bowls. By playing this game, one of our (potentially) best teams receives another LOSS. That is, many years a 10-2 team might very well have been rewarded with a BCS...

Prestige-wise, it would be disappointing to get out-picked for the CapOne by OSU. However, going to TAMPA is much better for the fan base from an enjoyment basis. Tampa is awesome, with so much to do!!
