They have never given Padilla a fair shot. I don't care what anybody says about last year. A week or two of practice with the ones, and a bad play caller obviously with a grudge against even playing the kid in garbage time or preseason should not be an indication of what Padilla is capable of...

IMO Kirk retires this year. Brian will not be retained.

Kirk will not shame his son in public. The man will step down before admitting that being a mistake. In fact I bet he retires this year and everybody on the staff will be looking for a job.

We have all seen lesser programs have successful offensive production against P5 defenses. No ones fault but the coaches. Petras is capable. The o line is capable. Everybody else on offense is capable. They would all play on other teams and be productive.

Kid does what he is asked. Petras missed some today, but man that O line and play calling is not doing the kid any favors.
