Did PSU break an NCAA rule already by having a team meeting during summer training period? I know this is a unique situation and players needed to hear there options but I thought coaches could have limited contact with players until fall camp.

It is also "standard practice" for if your playing partner moves his mark for you to remind him to move it back. My way to remember is to always mark "heads up", if I move my mark to put it "tails up" so when I go back to mark if I see tails, something isn't right.
