    Hoiberg to Nebraska

Nebraska has top of the line facilities and top 10 fan support. They also have decent hoops recruits in state. If I was their AD, I'd have demands on whomever I hired. You can only take advantage of your fan loyalty for so long before they stop showing up. Just ask Gutless.

    Hoiberg to Arkansas?

I've never lived in Houston and I'm not particularly religious....but as often as Houston is under water these days, I'd think God was determined to wipe it off the face of the Earth. One monsoon after another. I'd leave as quickly as I could.

    Hoiberg to Nebraska

He probably demanded results and held them accountable. Probably not something that the people in Iowa are used to.

Connor could back up Weiskamp at the 3 too. He's no threat from behind the arc but he'd work in a pinch. I fully expect to see Patrick backing up Weiskamp from the 3. He should RS but I don't think he will.

I'd play Moss at the 3 before Pemsl. Not much difference is height/weight between Moss and Wieskamp.

Some players just aren't D-1 players. Nothing wrong with that. He was NOT a D-1 PG. And not everyone can handle pressure the same. I knew a lot of players that could beat me in games/sports, with nothing on the line. Put a little something on the outcome and they folded faster than a lawn chair...

    Player Over / Unders 2018-2019

I took the over on Wieskamp, Kriener and CMac.

Consider the source. Same guy said Ellingson never missed in practice and can play the PG spot.

We're "white Alabama". Whatever that means.

2019 NCAA Iowa at Cincinatti in Columbus, Ohio, only 106 miles from Cincinatti prediction thread

If I'd have known we were gonna shoot 54%/50% from the field for the entire game...I would have had a different prediction. If we shoot that well against Tennessee, we'll win that game too.

Agreed. If Cook's not gonna rebound, he needs to sit.

Wait....the Cinn coach called a time out before things got out of hand? I didn't know that was allowed? Someone consult the NCAA rule books.

Tie game! It's on like bing bong!

If we keep shooting 66% from the floor, we can win this game.

It's a 2 pt game! We can steal this one. In spite of the deficiencies.

Is Cinn shooting that bad or has our defense bowed up?

The “Stealing Time from work and watching the Hawks” Thread

Nope. It would be slower than this year's team, however.

9 of 11 from the field this half, has NOT hurt our chances in this game! That's great shooting.

That would be the slowest line up in the modern era of College Basketball. So.....OK.
