They do not call coaches in football as I am sure you know associate coaches. The offensive coordinator is next in line after the head coach. Next would be the defensive coordinator. Thats your lesson for today. I think it's right but I could be wrong. This is March Madness.

This was the assistant's pay in 2009. All of Iowa's coaches are called assistant coaches. If you look at many D1 salaries,if the coach is called an associate coach,he makes more money. Joel Cornette's salary was $88,825. Lavall Jordan's salary was $135,850 and Chad Walthall's salary was $146,300.
