Shurna's gonna be tough for Iowa to stop this year

Even though we are back, Shurna was on fire against Texas yesterday and could pose some problems for us. Mirkovic is going to be a beast inside again and he has that SonderGorney-esque range and willingness to lob up threes (that will only drop against Iowa), which is going to pull BrommerLeiter out of the paint leaving a big gap for Marcotullio to drive to the hole. I fear we are going to be lucky to split with the cats this year. Maybe OSU can beat them, but other than that, I gotta think they are going to be right up there in the B10 hunt, while our Sweet 16 run is a year away. That purple all over the court is looking sharp, too. Iowa should copy their court design.

On my TV their court paint looked like feces brown....bout as ugly as it gets.
NW will be right back where they have been the whole Shurna era...7th or 8th in a year the Big Ten will get 6 or 7 NCAA bids. In other words, they will just miss yet again, and make their annual trek to the NIT instead.
They have a decent group, and Iowa will probably split with them.
I am sick of Mirko, who is a euro-punk, but Shurna,Crawford,Coble, and Markotullio are pretty solid. Sobelewski has potential, and the other new scholly player is supposed to be decent. Carmody will continue to come close, but never quite get there...Juice was the guy that would have led them there, and he is gone to Europe.

Are you saying we should have Barney come in and ejaculate on our court as well? I'll pass.

You must be a prole who doesn't have a $3,000 led tv. I'm sure it looks better on OK4P'z televizion.

I'm sure they will beat us like they always do, but there is no way they are above 6th in the league.

Man, February OK4P needed to listen to November OK4P before making my prediction.

Spank - did you see that play where Shurna Shaq'd Gatens on that three pointer? Do you think that hurt Gatens' draft stock?

Were you that dude sitting behind the NW bench with an Iowa sweatshirt on?

Shurna will be a better NBA player than Shaq.

I saw Mirkovic walking down the street in a boot on Thursday night, so I doubt we'll see him. Anyway, NU just made a big run with Shurna on the bench. That ain't good and it will still take some luck for us to split with the cats.
