KF retiring?

How about this question, gentlemen. Would you rather Coach announce his retirement preseason and have a last season, or just retire at an end of a season?
Never ever do that before the season. Huge unnecessary distraction and not fair to players. Nick Saban or Scott Frost, this game ain’t about the coaches it’s about the players and that’s all the media is going to talk about.

If you’re going to retire and announce it publicly you do it right after the bowl game.

Remember Nebby getting a share of ‘97 title cause Osbern said he was retired before their bowl.

A birdie told me he and LeVar have two different trips scheduled up in my neck of the woods for basketball games this winter.
OABCIG, I’ve seen Jaxx play hoops and football against my nephew (Tri Center) a few times. Coop showed up to the BB playoff game in Harlan.

It’s actually BH/RV I was talking about and when they make the trip way up here they check West Lyon out. Scherff lives in Rock Valley and last year my buddy who has a kid playing b-ball sent me a pic of Woods, KF, Scherff, and Andrew Van Ginkel (Vikings LB) sitting in the bleachers together. Pretty cool for this podunk part of the state.

LeVar usually hits about 3 track meets a year in our conference. Watches sprints and shot/disc for whoever he’s scouting and by that time he’s usually starting to draw a crowd and heads out. Lots of recruiters hit track meets because you can see 8-10 schools worth of athletes at once.
