37-10 Hawks. Iowa comes out and bashes away at the D early with a steady dose of Hampton, Robinson, and Reisner. Still keeping the deep ball in the pocket, the WRs mostly factor in the short passing game. There's a ST or D touchdown and Ricky turns in another clean sheet, no picks. Arnaud and Robinson get frustrated trying to run it on our front seven, prompting two Arnaud picks late, one to seal the game.
I'd be shocked if Iowa gives up 23 points. I think ISU has two ways to win this game:
1. Turn it into a track meet and wear out the Iowa defense.
2. Create turnovers and turn those turnovers into points.
Barring a total collapse and/or lack of preparation, I think #1 is highly unlikely, as I can't remember the last "track meet" type game Iowa was involved in.
I'm not going to say what the score will be, because nobody has any idea how the game will play out. That being said, if Iowa plays the way they're capable of and doesn't turn it over, there's no reason for them not to win by 10-15 points.
I can't see us blowing them out for a second straight year under Rhodes. I think the clones keep it fairly close. Hawks 27-17 winners. 2-0 and on to Arizona!
