SWEET!! LOVE IT
Very good get for us. Makes me wonder if Michigan really interested though?
they offered. jackson said no. michigan played the whole 'backed off' as 'damage control' for perception.
I know I'll get blasted for this but I don't believe that was the case. Why would Michigan pull a much better offensive tackles offer (Swenson)? I hear all these people say Alarics ceiling is higher I'm sorry but stars are what matter.
this can't be a serious post, are you trolling?
Getting the better player is what matters and only Michigan would know who they had higher on their board.

Would you rather have a kid who's ceiling is higher or more stars off a subjective star rating that's given by someone who's quite possibly seen less of the kid play than some of us on you tube? The stars are about pointless. To me it's about who all has offered a kid. If your a 3 or 4 star kid yet only have a small amount of offers with few power 5s it makes me wonder what's up with him. I think Brandon Myers was a 3 star yet was going to UNI till Iowa offered on signing day. So why wouldn't a 3 star kid have more offers? So again stars are beyond irrelevant. It's how the kid projects 2 yrs plus down the road and how they fit on the team. It's an inexact science to be sure but I'm glad Iowas coaches don't look at it the way this Kenny guy evidently does...
do people really think that Michigan offered, and then two days later 'backed off', or thought, hey, we made a mistake on offering this kid. do you think that if Jackson would have committed to Michigan the day they offered that they'd have cut ties with him a couple days later? come on man!
Brandon Myers was 2* per rivals - class of 2004. classic under the radar kid - hell of an athlete - iowa didn't offer until last day to keep their secret hidden from others.....
of course coaches don't look at 'stars'......they probably can evaluate a kid......if they've made it this far in coaching.....
