Zach Johnson & Jason Dufner

I just got home from the colonial and left right after zj finished the 6th hole. It's just plain hot out there today to stick around too long. And if u saw the tall guy with a hawkeye hat on tv, that was me.

Zach learned from yesterday where he hit into that bunker on 17. Did they say if he hit 3 wood or 5 wood on 17??

Cool r2d2, did zach notice your hat and give you a "go hawks"?

wow, that was a daring line with a 3 stroke lead and dufner 60 ft short of the pin. ZJ is very confident right now.

A really nice win. I hope there arent some goofy penalties for hitting out of order or marking the ball like the announcers were questioning.

oh boy, can't have the mental mistakes like that...love how he talked about it in the interview..."I like to think about the positives...I did make a solid putt!!" haha, a W is a W though.

I bet Duffner would have liked to know that Zach would screw up the marking of the ball...he may have concentrated more on his 2nd to last putt.

Way to go Zach!!!!!

No doubt. If your ball is in the direct line of the outside ball, WHY NOT JUST PUTT FIRST!!!! That is NOT a penalty. Unbelievable.

Still, a great win for Zach. Gotta love him.

It's standard practice for the leader to putt out last as a courtesy to his playing partner. Even if he's a foot from the hole, he'll wait so the crowd reaction doesn't impact the playing partner.

Just a MAJOR blunder for a pro golfer and he's lucky he had the 3 stroke lead and didn't sign his card before noticing the problem. Would have been a DQ had he signed for a lower score and that would have cost him the title and he would gotten no money. Literally a MILLION DOLLAR mistake! Would have gone down as the one of the biggest mistakes in tour history.

It is also "standard practice" for if your playing partner moves his mark for you to remind him to move it back. My way to remember is to always mark "heads up", if I move my mark to put it "tails up" so when I go back to mark if I see tails, something isn't right.
