You serious Jon?

I'd take Eddie Hinkle over DJK just because he was more likable. Probably not as fast, but his hands were incredible. DJK won't ever be in my favorites just because he's a ******.

Eddie Hinkle over DJK lol. Yeah whatever, I didn't care how much you dislike DJK that is the dumbest thing I've ever read!!

DJK was significantly better than Dwight. The guy was big time and made some HUGE catches in his day. Dwight was a great kick returner, but when it comes to catching passes, DJK. The next guy after him isnt even close. McNutt played on the same team as DKJ and McNutt was Iowa's Scottie Pippen to Jordan.

Kevin Kasper had one heck of a season and got himself in the NFL for awhile. He was sneaky fast and athletic.

Is that why DJK spent a decade in the NFL? Oh wait, that was Tim Dwight...

Oh that's right, DJK didn't play in the league because Kirk blackballed him, my bad.

TD was victim of a severely noodle armed QB. I don't know how many times he would have his guy beat only to be under thrown.

Uhhh, what does playing in the NFL have to do with who was the best WR at Iowa? Moronic post. Robert Gallery was the best OL we ever had. How did he do in the NFL? Who cares! Brad Banks and Chuck Long were our top QBs of all time. How did they play in the NFL? Again, who cares? It is irrelevant to how they performed as Hawks.

DJK broke all of Dwight's records at Iowa. The guy averaged over 40 catches per year for FOUR YEARS, including his freshmen year. We all loved Willies as a freshmen for his potential, and he had like 3 catches. It is mind blowing to think of what a talent drop off we have had at WR since DJK. Vandenberg and Stone wouldn't belong on the same field as him or McNutt.

Am I the only one who enjoyed watching Maurice Brown. When I saw the article title, he's the first one who came to my mind. It seemed like he had 40yd plus touchdown pass play every game, usually fly pattern. Also, no mention of Clinton Solomon. He's another who sticks out to me. I would think he had pretty good stats. He also always seem to be getting a long TD catch.

Not bad numbers from Solomon. I'd take him on my roster and any of the above. I'd probably take him over Brown if I had to choose between the two. Just think if he had a sophmore year in there.

Funniest. Post. Ever.

I think Mo Brown and McNutt are the top 2. DJK rarely caught the ball with his hands. He was fun to watch though and definitely is judged too hard for the crime he committed.

Numbers don't lie. DJK was the best Wr from the kirk era. His numbers would be higher if he wasn't always in trouble.
